A few LO's

I love it when the school holidays come around and I finally have time for a good old scrapping session.
Here are just a few from today as Picassa only lets me do 4 at a time.

All are made using supplys from Scrapagogo Kits.

Winter is on it's way!

With the weather getting decidedly colder, the Journaling Junkie challenge this week of 'handmade' suited this photo of some hearty vegetable soup that I made in that snowy weather back in January.
There is definately beginning to get that wintery chill and smell of cold in the air and very soon this will be my staple lunchtime food again! Journalling can be read here.

Meet Cloud & Cowpig

Today Molly turned 7, and as her wish was our command, this morning she awoke to two new friends - meet Cloud (to me she will be White Pig) and Cowpig (as named by the nice lady at the petshop due to her black and white coat).
They are the two most adorable little piggies, who love to be cuddled (thank goodness with 4 kids arguing over whose turn it is) and love to munch celery!

We are having them as indoor pets because the weather is turning really horrible and they are only 10 week old little piglets so I couldn't make then live outside!

Starting Brownies

Well it doesn't seem like 5 minutes ago that she started at my Rainbow unit but tonight, Molly started at Brownies! It gives me such a good feeling to see my daughters enjoying Guiding, as I have for almost 20 years as a Leader and certainly as I did as a Brownie back in the 70's.
Already she is booked on her first Pack Holiday - and planning her first badges! Ireckon she should go for House Orderly - and teach her Mum a few things!
