Last night was the annual Beavers, Cub & Scouts Show & Presentation Night. Guy was an Indian in a little sketch put together for the Beavers, then the Cubs & Scouts did their bit. By 9pm, my friend and I were planning our escape, thinking that we could slope off unnoticed during applause in the presentations, when low & behold, Best Beaver Scout award was annouced, and Guys name was called. It was totally unexpected and Guy was obviously as surprised as me. He looked really pleased with himself though, and luckily I had my camera to capture the moment!
Today I have set my team on UKS a mini challenge that we have just for fun. The challenge was to create a LO using the following:
Yellow - to celebrate my 'job' as a Brownie Guider
Buttons - my latest must have
One photo - to celebrate my new job in a First School.
Here is the LO I created. It's of my sister & Grandma at Easter in 1970.
