Village Traditions

Don't you love village traditions? On the last day before May half term all the children at our school celebrate Oak Apple Day. Here are Max & Molly parading from school to the village square.

The whole school Country Dance - I dread to think how many hours we practice this for in the build up to the big day!!

And finally the Year 5's maypole dancing.

The crowd looks fairly small but there were many more people on the side where these photos were taken. Thank goodness for husbands that understand a scrappers needs - he took nearly 400 photos!!
