I made this LO following the sketched provided over at Twisted Sketches the twist was Ephemera. For this element I enclosed in the little envelope the full page obituary published in our Parish Magazine this month of the lady who used to own this lovely boy, Robbie. We have been looking after Robbie occasionally since 2007 for short periods while his owner was having chemo, and felt just too poorly to care for him. These stays with us became more frequent and for longer periods as her health declined until in July this year he came to us on a permanent basis. This was a great weight off of his owners mind, to know that her beloved dog had a permanent home with a family who loved him as much as she did.
Sadly she lost her 11 year battle against cancer in November, and so this LO depicts the tale of how Robbie came to live with us.
